SuperMuso’s LESSON ATTENDANCE POLICY:
The parent/student/payer understands and agrees to the following:
* Group lessons missed by students are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
* When a Solo or @Home student (one-on-one) cannot attend a lesson for any reason, the Solo-, Online- and @Home students can reschedule a lesson when notice is given more than 24 hours before the lesson slot, provided an alternative time slot is available. The make-up lesson might take place as an online lesson depending on the coach's availability.
* When less than 24 hours' notice is given to cancel a lesson, Solo-, Online- and @Home students forfeit that lesson.
* When a Solo- or @Home lesson cannot be attended in-person on the day of the lesson because of transport challenges, the student can request an online lesson for the same timeslot.
* There are only lessons during school terms according to the official public school calendar, and therefore no lessons are offered during the public school holidays or on public holidays.
* SuperMuso guarantees a minimum of 40 lessons during a 12-month subscription cycle. Please refer to the calendar outlined below:
